MATTHEW DALTON, CEO & MANAGING PARTNER

Throughout his 25 year career, Matt has come to be regarded as a premier mind in fixed income investing.  Beginning his career in 1985, Matt joined Shearson Lehman Brothers  in Chicago.  During his tenure in the Chicago office, Matt was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Municipal Trading and Sales Department. In 1994, Matt was recruited to Rodman & Renshaw to head their Municipal Bond Department until joining Belle Haven in 1996.  In addition to asset management, he is called daily by large institutions for his opinion on the market.  Matt's expert commentary has been featured in such publications as Forbes Magazine, Reuters, The BondBuyer and Bloomberg.com.  Matt has also been featured on Bloomberg Radio.

MARK STEFFEN, COO & MANAGING PARTNER

Mark Steffen has over 25 years of experience in fixed income.  Mark began his career with Dain Bosworth as a Municipal Bond Trader. After Dain Bosworth, he spent time at Glickenhaus where he was in charge of Municipal Trading and Underwriting.  In 1995 Mark was recruited by Rodman & Renshaw to be the Head of Trading and Underwriting.  At Belle Haven, Mark oversees all institutional trading. Mark was instrumental in bringing Matt to Belle Haven and together they have built Belle Haven Investments into a premier municipal bond firm.
